Parece que as questões legais/constitucionais não se ficam apenas pelas referidas abaixo pelo Bruno: do outro lado discute-se a elegibilidade de uma mulher para presidente:

Not true. The 19th Amendment merely removed the barriers that prevented women from voting – not holding the highest office in the land.
Não é por nada, mas tenho a impressão que esta eleição que se aproxima ainda vai fazer correr muita tinta.
